Mahika Rangnekar

Mahika is a Senior Associate in the Workforce and Human Services Division at SPR with experience in community engagement, mixed-methods research and evaluation, and technical assistance. She often partners with foundations, community organizations, and public agencies to support access to education, training, and human services programs for historically marginalized communities. Mahika earned an M.P.H. and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington, and holds B.A.s in Social Welfare and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work she enjoys practicing Aikido, reading and writing, playing board/video games, and traveling.
