Jessica Muñoz

Jessica Muñoz is an Associate in the Workforce and Human Services Division with experience in policy research and evaluation, which includes assessing workforce training partnerships and the CalFresh expansion to SSI recipients. At SPR, Jessica works on projects focused on workforce development and human services. Before joining SPR, she was a Graduate Student Researcher with the UC Berkeley Labor Center’s Labor-Management Partnerships Program. In her role, Jessica supported a research project to expand the High Road Training Partnership (HRTP) community of practice. Jessica also has experience working in local and federal government. She received a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Macalester College.
