About Dallas

Dallas is a Senior Associate in the Workforce and Human Services Division at SPR with expertise in workforce development, business engagement, technical assistance and training.

Dallas has extensive experience working with programs within the American Job Centers and with community-based workforce programs. Prior to joining SPR Dallas was a Program Director at W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research where she managed the operations of a variety of programs including, TANF, SNAP E&T, Prisoner Reentry, Non-Custodial Parent and Employer Resource Networks.

Dallas earned her M.P.A. and her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University. She enjoys spending time with her family and participating in anything outdoors such as hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or heading out on a camping trip.
