Welcome Nicole Holmes!

We are excited to welcome Nicole Holmes to SPR! Nicole is an Associate in the Workforce and Human Services Division at SPR with expertise in workforce development, team leadership, project management, technical assistance and training.
Nicole has experience working with community-based workforce programs. Prior to joining SPR Nicole was a Career Coach Manager at W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research where she managed the team of career coaches of a variety of programs including, TANF, SNAP E&T, Prisoner Reentry, and Non-Custodial Parent across four counties in Michigan.
Nicole earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Davenport University. She enjoys spending time on her farm with her many animals and family. She is also an avid gardener and loves anything to do with the great outdoors.
