SPR is pleased to announce Jessica Robles has recently joined our team. Jessica is a Senior Associate and the Associate Director in SPR’s Equity, Education & Community Change (EECC) division. She brings extensive experience in program evaluation and change management using culturally-responsive and equity-centered methods and practices. Prior to joining SPR, Jessica served as a Program Manager and Senior Research Associate at RTI International, where she led and supported evaluations focused primarily on educational equity, community engagement, and professional development. Jessica is also a certified change management practitioner and supports clients not only in making sense of complex data and organizational planning, but in managing change at the individual level as well. We are thrilled to welcome her to the EECC team and to our growing Portland, OR location!
