SPR Welcomes Ava Alvarez
SPR is pleased to welcome Ava Alvarez as our newest team member. Ava will serve as an Administrative Project Assistant in the Workforce and Human Services Division. In that capacity, she will support our full portfolio of technical assistance and research projects and assist in critical learning and development tasks across the organization. Prior to joining SPR, she served as a teaching and research assistant at UC Davis’s Department of Sociology where she conducted qualitative data analysis on “The Age of Mass Incarceration ” project, focused on California prison policies and formerly incarcerated adults.She is interested in improving reentry programs and reducing recidivism for justice-involved adults and youth. Ava holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis. We are thrilled to welcome her to the SPR family!
