The Final Report for the Impact Evaluation of the Los Angeles Regional Initiative for Social Enterprise, first published in 2019, was recently highlighted in WorkforceGPS. SPR conducted an implementation study, impact study, and cost study using data from project documents, interviews with key stakeholders, observations, administrative data, and cost data.
