About Lorraine

Lorraine Sturdevant is an Associate in the Workforce and Human Services Division with a background in sustainable planning and policy. At SPR, Lorraine supports a variety of technical assistance and evaluation projects for the workforce and human services division. Prior to SPR, Lorraine was an Associate with Kimberlina Whettam & Associates where she advised clients in the management and streamlining of development projects through urban planning consulting. She also worked as a Policy Consultant for the Public Service Innovation Branch (PSIB) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs where she conducted research and analysis on the qualities of effective local public institutions in advancing the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Lorraine has a Master of Public Policy from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy with specializations in International Policy and Planning and Sustainable Policy and Planning, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Merced. In her free time, Lorraine enjoys hiking, backpacking, and trying new cafés with friends.
