Organizational Assessment and Improvement
SPR has extensive experience conducting organizational assessments for federal, state, and local programs, non-profits and local and national foundations to improve their business operations and management. Our organizational assessments involve a thorough review of the organizations’ needs and priorities so that we can support them in their programmatic and collaborative efforts. Our particular area of expertise is analyzing foundations’ grant-making strategies to inform their future strategic direction and design major funding initiatives. Furthermore, we have unique expertise in helping clients integrate diversity in their organizational structures, funding strategies, and grant making practices.
Strategic, Business, Action Planning
SPR has consulted for federal agencies, states, and private sector businesses in their strategic decision-making and action planning. We typically conduct needs assessments of the businesses’ practices, identifying key challenges to meeting goals and convene key stakeholders to identify strategies and solutions.
Facilitation Services
As facilitators, we help organizations define the agenda of strategic events in their organizational development. We provide logistical support, and prepare group activities and discussions that appeal to a wide range of people. We also document and disseminate reports from the proceedings so participants can use them long after the gathering.
