SPR delivers training and technical assistance to help federal, state, and local agencies, foundations, non-profit organizations, and education providers evaluate their effectiveness, improve their programs, enhance their services, and streamline their organizational structure. SPR also has strong credentials in helping organizations collaborate to deliver services and to manage their services for maximum outcomes and impact.
We train federal, state, and local-level administrators, management boards, program managers, designers, and supervisors as well as frontline workers and case managers. Audiences range in size from a dozen in a small seminar setting to several hundred at a conference. We have experience in addressing the range of needs found in rural and urban settings as well as on Indian reservations.
