Performance Outcomes Technical Assistance and Training
Performance Enhancement Project
U.S. DOL's Performance Enhancement Project promotes best practices that enhance WIA program performance. The project team from Social Policy Research Associates (SPR) and Public Private Ventures (P/PV) provides technical assistance and training to help states and local areas troubleshoot performance issues and identify ways to maximize program performance. The overall goal is to help WIA programs and providers do what is right for the customer and at the same time meet or exceed their performance goals. SPR and P/PV are leading national research, evaluation, and training providers in the field of workforce and youth development.
