SPR specializes in research and program evaluation for public agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. We have extensive expertise for supporting public policy formation and analysis of important operational issues through both quantitative and qualitative studies. We also have significant knowledge of performance measurement in public programs and the management of program data systems.
