Module I: Current Youth Measures (With Negotiated Goals)

In this module, learn the key concepts and definitions of the WIA performance measurement system, and the definition, timing, and calculation of each of the WIA Older and Younger Youth Performance Measures.

Learn the key concepts and definitions of the Youth Common Measures. There are currently no negotiated performance goals for Youth Common Measures. States continue to be held accountable for their negotiated performance goals for the WIA Younger and Older Youth measures described in Module I.
