This series of three Webinars is intended to build on the face-to-face training and allow for broader participation in the diagnostic process by offering it in the form of 90 minute online collaborative Webinars that minimize travel requirements for participants.

Part 1 (September 6, 2007)
Webinar #1 - Diagnosing Performance Issues using Fishbone Diagram Process In this Webinar, local areas will develop a list of performance issues of concern and learn how to use a fishbone diagram process to pinpoint causes of performance shortfalls.

Part 2 (September 27, 2007)
Webinar #2 – From Diagnosis to Action Planning: Focus Area: Improving Retention and Follow-up.
In this Webinar, participants will report back from their diagnostic work and share sample diagnostic fishbone diagrams. Participants will be briefed on developing corresponding strategies as part of a comprehensive action plan to address performance shortfalls.

Part 3 (October 25, 2007)
Webinar #3 – Action Plan Review
During this Webinar, local areas report back from their action planning processes and answer questions and receive suggestions from other local areas and the SPR moderators to help them refine their action plans and to get ready to implement them.
