Part 1 (May 9, 2007)
View the first in a series of three webinars"Performance Management under Common Measures: From Diagnosis to Cure," originally presented to state and local area youth provider staff across Michigan and Missouri to help them learn and practice a process to diagnose performance issues. In addition to introducing the diagnostic process and facilitating a short activity, the first webinar included information about how the common measures are changing the way WIA youth programs need to be designed. We also featured a number of promising practice sites that are rising to the challenge. Two more webinars to come will guide the participants from diagnosis to action planning for improved performance.

Part 2 (June 8, 2007)
In the second webinar in our diagnostic series, "Performance Management under Common Measures: From Diagnosis to Cure," we had local staff report back to us on their diagnostic homework. Several local areas presented the results of their work. In addition, we featured promising practices for serving youth in rural areas, and introduced the final step in the diagnostic process: action planning. Due to technical difficulties, there is no audio, but you can view the presentation.

Part 3 (June 26, 2007)
In the third webinar in our diagnostic series, "Performance Management under Common Measures: From Diagnosis to Cure," we practiced prioritizing contributing factors and crafting strategies for action plans, and we spent some time discussing the strategies that participants created. Finally, two selected LWIAs presented their completed action plans.
