Enhancing Performance Outcomes is targeted for front line adult and dislocated worker One-Stop Career Center staff, WIA youth provider staff, Wagner-Peyser/VETS employment services staff, program supervisors and administrators, Workforce Investment Board members and staff, and for any other groups who believe they can benefit from a better understanding of how to achieve enhanced performance outcomes for customers and programs.

Shared Youth Vision Webinar Series and Materials
This series of three Webinars builds on the Shared Youth Vision Regional Dialogue meetings that took place in June 2007. While the Webinars were designed to meet the need for additional implementation ideas for regional, state and local leads of Shared Youth Vision collaboratives, they will likely be useful for States and local areas interested in spearheading or strengthening their own collaboratives.
State Specific Webinars
As part of our efforts to assist states, local areas, and providers to diagnose and improve performance, we have provided webinars--web-based, interactive seminars with a live presenter, downloadable handouts, and a chat function that allows participants to ask questions during the session--on a variety of topics. The webinars are recorded and are archived for future listeners. Most are 60-90 minutes.

How to Use Online Courses |

The courses consist of a series of audio lectures that are streamed directly to your desktop. The audio lectures are 5-15 minutes long and are accompanied by PowerPoint slides. Each course module also includes handouts. We recommend that you download handouts for each module before you begin the first lecture of that module. |
