Knowing How Your Program is Doing - Sooner. Using Real-Time Measures to Manage for Quality Services

If so much is riding on program outcomes, how could we know sooner whether we are heading in the right direction and where we might need to make changes to improve the quality of our programs? In this interactive session for local program managers, operators and supervisors of WIA Youth, Adult and Dislocated Worker programs, we will jointly explore how we can use real-time measures to strategically manage our programs for quality outcomes in an integrated and demand-driven environment. In particular, we will look at measures that can help us predict outcomes under current and Common Measures and whether we are operating in a demand driven environment that meets the needs of businesses.
