How to Design Follow-Up and Retention Services
This workshop covers how WIA programs can create a culture of retention and follow-up among staff and participants that will improve participant success and program outcomes. It is designed to help state and local policy makers and program designers be strategic in enhancing follow-up and retention services for customers by focusing resources where they are needed the most and avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. It is especially suited for those who are involved in program design and oversight. The workshop draws on a wide range of promising practice examples.
